Helping you to navigate pregnancy, look at birth and prepare for life with a new child. With, the antenatal support I aim to help you have a calmer pregnancy and better prepare you for birth and parenting.

I can offer this via video call, phone call across the US or in-person. This can be as much or as little as you need. I can support you at appointments also and can be available via email/ text/ phone to listen.

As your doula, I will:​

• You will have unlimited phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Duo & email contact access from booking until 1 week after the birth of your baby
• On call from 7 days before the due date until birth,

Providing one on one antenatal support to talk through your options for birth and beyond. Almost as if you have a private antenatal class just for you and your needs. Usually covering expectations of birth, expectations with a newborn, and looking at previous experiences.

Typically, this will be in the comfort of your own home to suit. However, I can offer this via video call, phone call across the US, or in person. This can be as much or as little as you need. I can support you at appointments also and can be available via email/ text/ phone to listen.

I will:​  

• Protect you!
• Support you from any point in your journey, including support through assisted conception or if you are experiencing pregnancy after loss.
•  Listen to you during our weekly video/voice calls so you can talk through whatever you need.  
• Share with you the info you need about local birthing locations and health care options. 
• Share your evidence-based info so that you can make informed choices.  
• Help you to prepare your birth plans, including preparation, in case things change. 
• Provide 1-2-1 antenatal education so you know what to expect through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.  
• Help to prepare you and your partner (if you have one) for early parenthood and how you will care for your new arrival.

• Physical & emotional support during birth for both you & your partner

Provide doula support for fertility, pregnancy, and new motherhood and serve as a constant presence of support and an emotional anchor for each mom. As your doula, I offer education, serve as an advocate, and help with comfort measures, and special techniques such as deep breathing, relaxation, movement, and positioning.

• COMFORT MEASURES + ESSENTIAL OILS A hands-on session exploring techniques and tools to enhance comfort in late pregnancy and to integrate during labor and a primer on aromatherapy to enhance the experience of birth. Learning to integrate tools and self-care that support mental and emotional well-being during pregnancy and preparation for labor.  
• NUTRITION + LIFESTYLE SUPPORT An examination and tune-up of your dietary and lifestyle practices to help better align you with your goals during pregnancy to assist with optimal well-being.  
• PARENTING PREP + NEWBORN CARE Getting confident in how to take care of your baby and get all of your questions answered.  
• VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT Audio, video, and text communication to support clients at a distance and help with troubleshooting pre-labor as well as preparing for birth.

• 4 prenatal visits
• Support in up to 2 antenatal appointments
• You will have unlimited phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Duo & email contact access from booking until 4 weeks after the birth of your baby
• Physical & emotional support during birth for both you & your partner
• On call from 14 days before due date until birth,
• Attendance in labor until you are settled with your new baby. Help with latching and protecting Golden Hour (if applicable)
• 10 hours minimum of postnatal support (around 4 visits)

New motherhood is a vulnerable period of transition and one where there is a lack of support, but I see it as an important time to get all the support you need.

• NEW MOTHER SUPPORT Hands-on, one-on-one postpartum care to support the transition to new motherhood and increase maternal satisfaction.

• RELAXATION SUPPORT Uniquely catered tools for the new mama to help relax, recharge, and reset during the new motherhood period.  
• NUTRITION + LIFESTYLE SUPPORT An integration of the best foods to optimize breastfeeding and boost energy postpartum and a dive into self-care and circle of support for new mothers.  
• VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT Audio, video, and text communication to support mom at a distance and help with troubleshooting, working through certain challenges, or preparing for various milestones.

• Physical & emotional support during birth for both you & your partner

• 20 hours minimum of postnatal support (around 8 visits)

Belly Casting is a wonderful reminder of the once-in-a-lifetime event of being pregnant and is an amazing way to memorialize your baby bump. You will be amazed that your body grew to accommodate, feed, and nurture your baby inside you. 

A Belly Cast is a three-dimensional plaster sculpture of a pregnant mama's belly. Belly Casts are a great way to decoratively preserve your pregnancy and they look darling displayed on your nursery wall! All belly casts are done in our offices and may be taken home with you if you choose to leave it raw. If you opt to have it sanded prepped and sealed as well as decorated, that typically may take a few weeks or more depending on the finish you desire. 

There is no limitation, however, we recommend a belly cast to be made between 30 and 38 weeks of pregnancy.  To take as close to full term as possible around 36/37 weeks is completely safe, however, anytime from 30 weeks is fine too but of course the bigger the bump the more effective, so 36/37 weeks is perfect.

We also offer home or hospital services for Belly Casting. YES, we will go to you! This service was started because as a mom l was on bed rest and understood how important this memory is for all families. For more information, please give us a call.

• Food would need to be provided for your meal preparation
• You would need to provide funds for all food shopping purchased, receipts would be provided.
